Also known as "When They Cry"
It's a Horror/Thriller/Mystery anime that is rated 18+, but it's pretty tame so far.
There are different "arcs" in the anime, each portraying a different person as the "villain". In each arc, a person is usually driven into paranoia and someone, or even multiple people end up murdered.
It's a pretty good anime, and it's pretty creepy.
The first and second season are all posted Here
It's really worth a watch.
Does anyone other than me or frozenwinters watch it?
EDIT: There is some nudity in the show. Don't watch if you can't stand that kind of stuff.

I'm not into that stuff. never been, which really sucks since my parents make me watch horrors from time to time. my sister even pulled it off once. and they're all really bad ones that manage to pull off one death that gives me nightmares.
So I'd watch it... but... I dislike that genre. |

Yes, the episodes are in order, but there are different arcs, which are like separate stories.
So if you didn't know that, it may seem like there are inconsistencies. |
