Maybe it's a game, and they just made it to make things interesting...
YEAH RIGHT! Like anyone would believe that! Anyway, Luigi's spent quite a bit of time around Professor E. Gadd. His mind probably expanded during the hypnosis, allowing him to absorb the professor's knowledge out of his nonsence.
That, or Nastasia made him smart as a side-effect... |

Skilled but nervous mechanic.
He has the potential to build Brobots, but he's too nervous to even do much more than fix a pipe. |
