But I don't know how the hell to work it. It says something is wrong with my internet connection isn't working. It is, because I'm HERE RIGHT NOW. I don't know how to work any of this stuff! 
And I don't want this thing to go to waste because I couldn't work it like my little brother's gameshark did. Please how the hell do I fix this! |

Try going to the manufacturer's website and look at common troubleshooting errors.
You may also be having a problem installing drivers. When you first plugged in the device, did it say "installing new hardware"? |
