I've been waiting for a gosh darn while for some good news, and Nintendo finally gives me SOMETHING to ponder about.

The upcoming Everyone's Nintendo Channel (which is shaping up to be the official name... Confused) will be able to stream full DS games to the DS.
Discuss.

Well duh, there isnt any technical difference between a demo or a full game.
And even if it does, the DS has no storage, so your game only lasts as long as you keep your DS on or in standby mode.

Unless they make some cartrage to store it on, which I doubt.

Yes, but still it means they're thinking about full-sized free DS games.
(Oh, and I meant for this to be in the News section... move it for me plx?)

I moved it to Gaming because you didnt provide any reference for your "news". And its kinda weak news anyways.

Hopefully they'll make some type of storage device for the DS.

Just as I expected... that report was incorrect:
Quote:
Users can download games to play on Wii, and, in the future, the Nintendo DS will be able to receive demo versions of some DS games from Wii, but not the entire game. The demo will be erased once the Nintendo DS is turned off," said a Nintendo representative.

Yes, I figured.
But even so, It's a demo. So you can't get too far. And you can download it back again.
So, This is coming out in the US?

Look at the quote from Reggie at wiinintendo.com...
It's true, and fairly recent news...

You obviously didnt read my linked article to today's news. What I posted was Nintendo's response to what New York Times said that Reggie said.

BTW, its wiinintendo.net, and its just one of a billion nintendo blogs, not actual source of news

It's too bad they don't have a release date yet though. While it would be cool to be able to store the demos on your DS/gamepak, it's not that big of a deal to redownload them, considering the Wii is easier to get to then going down to Gamestop.
