I don't make resolutions any more. Why even bother? You forget them within a few weeks anyway.

Yeah, it's a little hard to follow if you're countering an addiction. But I spam out of boredom, not because I find pleasure in it. Well, maybe a little.

I don't make resolutions any more either. My parents used to make me give up the computer and video games on a certain day of the week for my resolution. Thank God they forgot about that.
