I've gotten hundreds of emails requesting to host my guide elsewhere, mostly crapply little sites with nothing but "HI HERE'S SOME RANDOM GUIDES THAT WE STOLE AND STUFF". In each one, I read thouroughly and made SURE that it contained the phrase "If you do not respond to this email, we will not host your guide." Also, I don't recall getting one from Yahoo.
I mean... I'd expect this crap from any minor site with no reputation, but... |

Be thankful that they at least put lowerletters as the author name. Get in contact with them, requesting that they remove it. Though it's not a LEGAL copyright moreso an intellectual property copyright with the (c), so if they refuse, I'm not sure if you can bring them to court or something... |
