First of all, I'd suggest resizing scanned pictures in some sort of program that can do that. Second of all, I wouldn't start off with an anime style if that's the kind of style you really want. It's a really bad way to start off, trust me. I know from experience. It's best to start by looking at pictures or objects and draw them while looking at them(and practice shading and coloring too), THEN add the style you want to do after you practice that. |
