Wasn't an Animal Crossing character confirmed by the creator of AC (I forget his name) for Brawl? I swore he said that "the character would use the finishing pole, axe, shovel, and other tools from the AC series" or something of the sort. I'll try to post a source when possible.
Doesn't this go against the current theory of Wolf?

In the Iwata Asks feature, Sakurai explicitly states that Animal Crossing characters wouldn't be suitable for Brawl =(
I'm just as disappointed as you are, trust me. I'd gladly take an Animal Crossing character over *crag*ing Toon Link any day. |

We don't have much official documentation anywhere for anything... I think Mister I might be right.
We'll find out in two days eh, as I don't think Sakurai is going to go out of his way to show th efinal character which nobody seems to know. |
