Since it's legendary, it would rarely ever come out of it's pokeball. But when it does, it casts "Wish" and floats away. The sky turns into night, a shooting star flies by, and after three seconds or so, one star twinkles brightly and an effect activates.

I've listed potential Wish effects from most common to happen to rarest.

1. Heal user to full. Very Common
2. Causes a rare item to appear. Very Common.
3. A pokeball appears which guarantees a legendary pokemon except for Jirachi again. Common.
4. Raises random opponents damage meter by 50%. Common
5. Raises random opponents damage meter by 100%. Uncommon
6. User turns invincible for a short time*. Uncommon
7. Smash Ball appears**. Rare
8. User is automatically given a Final Smash**. Very Rare

* Will not appear if "Starman" item has been disabled.
** Will not happen if Final Smashes have been disabled.
