I've translated the text on this image and discovered it said Tabuu... Does that perhaps have any significance to you? We might be able to figure out what it is.

Maybe Taboo/uu is the move or something. ><
The character looks very digital or water-like and even possibly a hollagram. So any characters that you guys know who would look like that?

Well Taboo means something that shouldn't be done...
And the entire Emissary plotline is based off of the Trophies doing other things than just fighting (I assume)...
So perhaps he's a Guardian Spirit of the Trophies, and he's come to whoop some arse.
