I personally am An Items Advocate. I can play without them but I prefer to have fun.
Items add allot of flare to the game, though its your choice if you use items or not, I believe if you don't use them even once in awhile you are missing out on a huge aspect of the game. |

Depends on the person I'm playing against.
Some people are really noobish with items (spamming with no strategy), others are good with them (actually FIGHT you and don't RELY on the items)...
(Those are my opinions, from my experience with the game, mind you)
... And sometimes I like to goof around and set it to all PokeBalls. |
