[Super Tsuki]

Princess Major Tsuki Chizuru Dahlia Fey, Fallen Goddess of the Moon.
She enters the battle field with elegance, but she is not one to be underestimated.

<Special Attack: B>
Moontear Blade
Tsuki uses her Moontear Blade to slice her enemies. By holding down the B button, she will charge her power, until either you let go of the B button to release it in a powerful slice, or until the power is released in a wide ranged blast of powerful magic. (This attack is like Roy's B attack, only half as long to charge, twice as big a range, but one third the power)

<Special Attack: Up B>
Teriques
Tsuki uses her Teriques to fly into the air, damaging any foe in her way.

<Special Attack: Down B>
Moon beam
A small pillar of light falls from the sky, doing exactly 25% damage on foes. However, this move can not KO the foe.

<Special Attack: Side B>
Elemental Blast
Tsuki shoots a ball of energy the foe with either fire, earth, water, or wind based power. The element will cycle as follows: Fire -> Earth -> Water -> Wind, then back to fire, restarting the cycle. (Similar to Ness' PSI Fire, only element changing)

<Final Smash>
Moon Blast
The power of the moon is shot into Tsuki, which she then blasts at her foes. This attack has a 80% chance of KO for the entire screen, but leaves Tsuki with 80% damage for the rest of the fight, even after she has been KO'd and returns.
