I hope this isn't a stupid or spammy topic, but I have a Mesprit on my Diamond version and I'm wondering if this move called Natural Gift it's gonna learn is worth it or not. It draws power from the berry the pokemon holds, and the berry determines the type and power. I usually don't attach berries to my pokemon, but I could start attaching berries to Mesprit. Does anyone think I should make Mesprit learn it? |

Nah. Natural Gift isn't worth it. I'm pretty sure it uses up the berry, so after you attack, it's gone forever, just like with Fling |

So basically, it lets you use one type of attack of any element you want. |

It's a one-use attack per battle, really. If the Pokemon isn't holding a berry, it's base power is 1. If you're going to use Natural Gift, make sure the Pokemon knows Recycle. |
