Ok, heres my logic. He uses the Dark Prognosticus and the Chaos Heart to create a barrier around him, and summon voids. Wizards use material components to cast spells. He also teleports. And finally, he has a monocle. All great wizards have monocles. |

It would take a great wizard to utilize such powerful artifacts. So I think Count Bleck should have TWO monocles. |
