Not necessary. If your topic in OT is serious, just say so. No need to draw attention to your topic with a caspital letter inside brackets.

Also, we already have an S tag

Exactly. That's just an unecessary attn grab.

[M] tags say go away if you aren't mature. [ S] tags say go away if you aren't serious, therefore, so WTF?
