The game's been out for a couple months now, and yes, it is a great game, which I suppose can get it's own board for a while, but it should only be for a while. It's been up since before the game even came out, and not much discussion is held there save for the rare question and the "Ask a stupid question" game in there; both which could take place in the Gaming forum.
Simply stated, I do not feel that the Galaxy forum is important anymore, and think that it should be deleted. |

In my opinion, it should be converted into a "General Mario Discussion" forum, and the "Super Paper Mario" forum should be converted into a "Paper Mario" forum (I know why it's there; this site wouldn't exist without SPM, but expanding that board would help with the activity in it, in my opinion.) |

That would be neat. Expanding the SPM board and making the SMG board a board for any Mario game would surely make worthless boards active. |

It's not hurting us in any way, it's just that almost nothing ever goes on in there that can't be taken to the regular Gaming forum.

This idea is better, except I think we should keep the SPM board, because if the game was never made, than this place wouldn't have existed. |

Change the SMG forum to a Mario Games forum. After all, the only thing on it is that one "stupid questions" thread, and if it were about more Mario games than SMG it would get more posts than that. It should not be deleted though.
Then, the SPM forum would just be for assorted Paper Mario discussion. Leave it as being called SPM, because that's the reason for this site, but... people can just post stuff about the other Paper Marios in it. I know when I actually have something to say about a PM game, I put it in SPM... even if it's not SPM... and since there are so few living posts there it definitely doesn't hurt anything.
This kind of "spreads out" the game boards. Because one thing we know is that we all play Mario (or else we wouldn't be here), but we also play lots of other games. So it makes sense that there would be one Mario forum and one Paper Mario Forum, for all of us, since we all play them, but there would also be another Gaming board to discuss the other games we play. So if someone wants to find a Mario topic, they don't have to dig through a bunch of threads about games they don't need to do so. But obviously if someone wants to discuss a game besides Mario they have a place to do it. o_O
