So...
Lloyd B: Demon Fang. Swings sword, sending a shockwave forward ^B: Psi Tempest. Spins Sonic-style in an upward angle vB: Beast. Smashes the ground, knocking back anybody standing directly beside him >B: Sonic Thrust. Lunges forward with swords sticking out
FS: Judgement 'Cause Collette can randomly fly in and use it. RANDOM PILLARS OF LIGHT SHOOT UPWARDS FROM THE GROUND
Item: All-Divide. Halves all damage dealt to everybody for a while, but increases knockback.
Stage: Meltokio Coliseum. Plain, flat stage. However, invincible enemies are randomly released to wreak havoc on the battlefield.
Assist Trophy: Sylph. Those 3 annoying fairy people run around and beat on everyone. YAY FOR LACK OF CREATIVITY

Go ahead. Replace everything I've done, if you want. It would just look wrong if I made a topic and not posted an example, so I kinda rushed and stuff.
Goemon B: ryo throw: throw money at opponent Can be charged for Flaming Ryo. B> Chain Pipe Pulls enemys towards you, ( can be used as a tether recovery.) BV Power up hair turns yellow (supersayain rip off) attack temporarily doubles, Damage temporarily doubles B^ somersault. ( self explanatory.)
Goemon fights with a Pipe.
Final Smash: Impact Summon. Impact flys onto the screen, Music changes to a short variant of the Impact theme. Goemon leaves the screen, Impact HUD Onscreen for 20 seconds. ( kinda like Snakes FS)
Item: Lucky Cat : Increases regular attack strength and range Can be layered twice.
Assist: Yae, Ebisumaru And Sauske. All three attack randomly, using signature weapons and tools
Stage: Odeo: stereotypical feudal japan town, Bandits occasionally run across the bottom of the stage, steal Items.
Characters: Harvest Godess, Witch Princess, Jake (Dark Jake as maybe a FS )
Item: Herbs, Sickle, Cake the list goes on.
Stage: Winter Mine, with the different monsters.
Assist Trophies: That yeti guy, I don't remember his name because it's long, Leai the mermaid, Keria (I think, I need to look at these characters more. D:), Kappa.
B - Bloody Spear (GET OVER HERE!) B+Side - Hellfire Punch B+Up - Backflip Kick B+Down - Hellfire
Taven
B - Inner Fire B+Side - Godly Charge B+Up - Ring of Hatred B+Down - Speed of Light
All of them with a Vicious Fatality for a Final Smash. Landmaster-esque thing. >: D
For the item, Hookswords, like Kabal and Mavado have. They boost your strenght and change your smash moves, like a normal Home-Run Bat or Beam Sword.
As for the stages, I'm sure as hell giving each character one. Lin Kuei palace for Sub-Zero, Hell's Foundry for Scorpion and for Taven, the Pyramid of Argus.
For the assist trophy, Shujinko, who randomly chooses between his 8 skills and uses one.
Finally, either Shao Kahn, Onaga or Blaze could be a boss. Blaze is the most powerful, but defeating him grants ultimate power, so nah.
B: Charge Shot. Chargable. vB: Kick Slide >B: Randomly does Flame Sword/any other close range move he learns in the games. Chargable. ^B: Rush Jump Final: Rush Armor, Major damage protection, and attack power/speed boosts for a duration.
Two of Megaman's alternate costumes would be Megaman.EXE, and X.
Vile:
B: Gatling Gun, the longer you charge it, the more shots he can fire. vB: Stun, A short range, slow moving stun blast is fired, an enemy hit by it is paralyzed for a short duration. >B: Dash Tackle, Vile uses his jetpack to dash into a single opponent. Chargable. ^B: Jetpack, Vile uses his jetpack to unleash an uppercut. It has a slight charge time, but has a higher boost than most 'third-jumps.' Final: Robot Armor, Vile summons his giant walking armor suit. The only damage that applies to Vile is damage that hits the exposed part of his body. The robot can hover, dash through enemies, punch, and stomp(aerial) until destroyed by taking enough damage.
Two of his alternate costumes would be Vile(X3) and Vile(X8 )
Zero:
B: (In air) Spin slash, Zero does a front flip with his saber ready, damaging opponents who are closing in. (On ground) Gotta look up the names, but they are the powerful 'stab' moves he learns from X4, X5, and X6. Random fire/ice/thunder attribute. vB: (In air) The downward air stabs he learns in X4, X5, and X6. Random fire/ice/thunder attribute. (On ground) Zero slams his fist on the ground, causing a slightly damaging tremor around him. >B: Slicer Blast, Zero charges his saber, which fires an energy projectile, similar to how it worked in X3. Chargable. ^B: The uppercuts he learns in X4, X5, and X6. Random fire/ice/thunder attribute. Final: Giga Attack(?), Zero punches the ground, and several large, powerful energy blasts shoot out in all directions.
Three of his alternate costumes would be Black Armor Zero, Nightmare Zero(X6), and Zero(MMZ).
Items:
Metool/Mettuar/Whatever you want to call it, Met is similar to Mr. Saturn(the idea literally came from the post below) but with a few differences. 1 - He occasionally stops and ducks, reflecting on-the-ground projectiles. 2 - He randomly fires small bullets at everyone. He'll likely assume one of the random forms he's taken through the ages.
Boomerang Shield - From Megaman Zero. The player holds this item in a defensive position when standing still, and an offensive position while moving. If thrown while moving, it veers towards an enemy, and tries to return to it's owner. If dropped while standing, it will act as a projectile barrier, not a reflector, and can be picked up again at will. It loses energy when it's thrown, and while it's deployed.
(M'aiq would come up with more bet he's having a bit of a brain fart atm. Feel free to add to this)
Assist Trophies:
Gutsman - Gutsman appears, and begins tossing giant stone blocks around the stage.
Cutman - Cutman randomly runs towards opponents and tosses his famous cutters at them.
Eddie - He follows the player, occasionally launching food items and throwable machine parts.
Protoman - Shield dashes (reflects bullets) towards opponents, and barrages them with powerful shots.
(M'aiq can't go on in this one, either. Too many damn possibilities. You could literally use every single boss from these games in some way)
Stage:
Wily's Fortress:
A scrolling stage that takes you through Dr. Wily's fortress, which is laden with traps. You'll be dealing with spiked walls and floors, in-ground flamethrowers, laser traps, and even the Yellow Devil and Dr. Wily will appear to attack you at a point. The stage ends with a pause at the 'boss room', where either the aforementioned Wily or Devil appear for a few attacks, before you continue onto an elevator that leads to the beginning again.
(A majority of this stage will have no ceiling)
Boss:
Sigma. He has so many forms that it's not really easy to go into detail. Just watch the below to see some of his stuff.

Item:Plunger Reverses opponent's movement.

AT:Hoodlums Comes in three variations-
Normal)He fires off shots from his musket.
Bomber)Throws timed explosion bombs onto the arena that can be picked up and thrown.
Super)Works like normal,but has spread shots.
Stage:Band Land The stage has a similar layout to Yoshi's Story,with the clouds being replaced by bongos that fall after about 5 seconds.There is a pair of evil eyes in the center of the stage that will shoot off lightning every 30 seconds after the match begins.
Boss:Razorbeard and Hunchman 800 Razorbeard fires a cannon from behind the arena,while Hunchman fights you humself,having stats similar to Metal DK,except that his haymaker does slash damage.
