Should I reserve this game at the last minute?
On one hand...it could sell like hotcakes (or waffles :P).
On the other...there could be 5 copies sitting undisturbed in the local Wal-Mart.

So...does anyone think I should reserve this at the last minute? Or not?

There's no reason not to, go for it! Even if they don't sell out completely, you'll still have your own special reserved copy.

Why not reserve it from a place that has a midnight release?

My mom just surprised me and told me that she had already reserved it when I began to ask her to.

And I was going to pay with my own money, but this is a nice bonus. Ah ha ha.

Wow. What a lucky break. That must be something similar to how I ended up getting two Turkey-Chedder-Bacon Flatbreads from Dunkin Donuts for the price of one, when I ended up mentioning the Oven Toasted Menu from the "Eat Here" segment on Saturday's episode of The Phantom Gourmet (New England Restaurant review show).

But that has absolutely nothing to do with Brawl, or this topic! I actually paid for the game in full, and it was at a GameStop that doesn't have the Midnight Launch.

gahh this is bad.
I went to my local Game Crazy and signed up for their own tournament. And they asked me if I should preorder it but 2 seconds later they found out that it was too late to preorder and the only way for me to get Brawl is to win the tournament or the costume contest. <.<
Is it too late to order from Amazon? And if I do how long will it be until it arrives?
