I hate to admit it, but... It's the truth. I was expecting WAY better for the SNES. Yoshi's Island MORE than made up for SMW's mistakes, though.

Well, here. I'll explain.

1. The map was all over the place, with diagonal, curving, ect. paths. In SMB3, there were just straight lines, which saved up a LOT of space. The amount of roads were also minimized an SMB3.

2. The total LACK of levels in SMW. In the first world, there were merely 5 levels not counting bonuses, and in SMB# there were 8.

3. The last world was too anti-climactic. In SMB3, there were multiple maps, fire, bones, tanks, jets, and warships. In SMW world, the Valley of Bowser was basically a cave. LAME!!! But I admit: The final boss in SMW WAS pretty cool.

4. The Koopalings actually DIED in SMW. Seriously, they just run off in SMB3, but Nintendo started hating them, so they ether imploded or drowned in lava. D:

5. The music was just remake after remake after remake in SMW. Seriously, I hate it when they do this in games. It was one of SM64's few flaws. Anyway, in SMB3, all the music was original. *sighs* They just don't do that anymore, since they did it in NSMB, only the main theme was just plain HORRIBLE.

6. The graphics were mediocre in SMW. Especially for the SNES. SMB3's graphics were AMAZING for it's system. There were a bunch of graphics in all-stars that were WAY better than SMW's 5-minute pixelated eyesores.

7. Only 2 real Power-ups? WTF!!! In SMB3, there was more than 5 power-ups to mess around with, but with this game, nope! Of course, what'd you expect?

That's all I can think about at the moment.
