You said you were thinking about it... you should make it your next big project. If you do end up making it, here are a few suggestions:

• Add screenshots and descriptions. That way we don't have to download a whole bunch to find the good ones.
  
• Add a download counter so we can see how popular our levels are. It would also be cool if we could see who downloaded them.
  
• Allow comments and ratings if possible.
  
• A top 5 stages/recent stages/most popular stages on the front page, using download counters and ratings.

I don't expect you to do all of that, because that would probably take a long time, but that could give you an idea of how to make it better. Just throwing that out there.

Support'd. This seems extremely neat and not really abuseable.

Just make sure there is a space to place a reason why the rating is such, and it must be checked by mods before being worth. That way, the cookie disaster that happened with Plastic's .gif won't happen to Creepy's Franis stage.
