Yeah, she was the last character I got as well. My last 3 were Toon Link, Wolf, and Jigglypuff. You fight jigglypuff at the end of the Swamp in the SSE.
I got R.O.B., Sonic, and Mr. Game & Watch in the SSE as well.
I got wolf by beating the 10 bosses with fox. |

I have not unlocked anyone via Emissary mode yet. here is what I got after a day of playing with 4 players.
Marth - got really quickly, after a few brawl matches
Ness - also really quickly, not sure what triggered it. maybe classic mode?
Luigi - brawl matches
Captain Falcon - probably brawl matches
Snake - brawled on shadow moses until he appeared, supposedly 15 times
Sonic - i think my distance stats triggered this (after 4 players playing all day) |

You get Ness by playing 5 Brawls. Marth after 10. |

I unlocked eight of the secret characters through Subspace Emissary.
I unlocked six through alternate methods, and of course besting them in combat for the challenge. They were, in this order:
Captain Falcon
Ness
Luigi
Jigglypuff
Toon Link
