To be so nervous everywhere you go? Every step you take, your self concious, every time you breathe, you're paranoid about what others are saying near you?

Every where I go, i'm to nervous to even say anything. I rarely even talk to my best friends unless alone. I'm deathly afraid of being in front of more then 2 or 3 people, and I hate being forced to choose a partner for any kind of thing. Whether its for work, or for P.E.

I can never speak correctly when in front of ANYBODY but I can speak perfectly when alone or thinking.

I forget almost every key-word that i'm going to say when infront of people.

Whenever I enter somewhere, go somewhere, I think everyone hates me.

Whenever I see someone laughing with a group of friends as I pass, I most of the time think they're laughing about me.

I can't help but think these things. I never talk unless forced or if it gets the other person to leave me alone. And when I do talk, its during lunch with friends, but I don't talk as much as a regular person is.

I know it isn't normal, but I just felt like sharing my feelings. My thoughts. My flaws.

You can be glad you still have friends, though.

That's pretty much the way I feel, although it kinda triggers on and off randomly for me.

Like one day I'll talk a lot with my friends and I'll be all calm and stuff, and the next day I'm incredibly paranoid.

It just happens for me =/

That's kind of how I am. I'm always scared about if people will think I'm "weird" or "retarded" or something....when I'm talking to people, I'm always careful about what I say. If I think that something about myself might be weird to others, I make up a lie about it. And the scary thing is, I've gotten pretty good about doing that. Same with how I feel. I can be depressed about something, but when around other people I try to act like I've had a really good day.
....just so you know, I don't do that around digibutter. D: I wouldn't lie to all of you. I'm much more comfortable telling the truth about myself around digibutter.

Well, really when you first meet someone they're neutral towards you and THEN decide whether they like or dislike you as they get to know you better... but because of my incredibly low self-esteem I always assume that someone hates me by default when I first meet them and I have to "earn" them not hating me as I get to know them.

Also, I'll never go over and start talking to someone I think is my friend, because I'm paranoid that they actually hate me. I wait for them to talk to me first to ensure that they actually want to talk to me.

And if I hear anyone talking to a friend and laughing, I assume they're laughing at me. >_o

Basically, I have as much self-esteem as a rock. Ironically though, I'm incredibly loud and vocal about my opinions and try to act extremely confident, almost narcissistic, so no one can tell I hate myself. o_O

And I actually act and think the very same way on Digibutter as I do IRL. Even here, when a new member posts, I assume they'll hate me by default and I have to "earn" their not-hating-me. And I never message someone unless they message me first because I'm afraid they don't want to associate with me. o_____O;
The laughing-at-me thing doesn't really apply since I can't actually SEE any of you people laughing, but if I could I'd probably assume you ARE laughing at me.

... it's kinda sad, really. o_O
