You have to taunt repeatedly in a fast manner as Snake, only way I've gotten it to work. |

Oh and Repeatably use his Down Taunt. ( rapidly press it) snake should crouch down cup his hand over his ear, after he is finished the Codec call should begin. |

Do the same thing with Fox, Falco, Wolf, on I Think Corneria or Lylat cruise. I sorta does tha same thing. |
