LOOSER is for everyone (except the people in MAMA LUIGI), so feel free to ask to join (unless you're in MAMA LUIGI, in which case LEAVE NAO).
However, there are some prerequisites...
-You must have a usable Internet connection
-You must be somewhat competent at Brawl
-You must be able to land a reverse Falcon Punch on Sonic with a Bunny Hood (this is a joke...maybe)
Do you fill all three of the requirements? Great! In that case, you're ready to join. Once you've posted in this topic with a request to join LOSSER, you will be added to the list of members. At this point, you should identify yourself as a member: put [LOS], [LOSSER], or simply [L] in your signature (and in your Brawl profile, if you want).
You will begin your career in LOSSER as a Looser. Go two days without being kicked out (expulsion from LOSSER is decided at my discretion), and you will move up to being a Lesser Losser. At this point, moving up in rank is much more difficult - you'll need to either clear various challenges (to be decided on at a later date) or do something awesome in order to do so. Alternatively, defeating me in a Brawl will allow you to move up two ranks - provided, of course, there's room to do so.
In addition to this, there are a number of more unique ranks to attain...once again, more details on those later. For now, here are all the standard ranks, along with the members in each:
