In the "Snake vs. Monkey" MGS3 and Ape Escape crossover mini game in MGS3, they actually put Solid Snake's head from MGS2 on Big Boss's body. How the HELL did I not see that after how much frustration that damn mini game caused me?! xD |

I forget exactly when I noticed that, but it took me much longer than it should have. |

I had Pokemon Red and Blue within a week that they came out. Soon after the release of Yellow, I realized that Onix was a reference to onyx and that Ekans and Arbok were Snake and (sort of) Cobra backwards. |

I didn't notice that until now. I didn't know his last name was Twem, and I forgot Mewt's last name pretty early on, though. Alucard is Dracula backwards. It took me way too long to notice. The solution to 99% of the puzzles in Route Kanal in Half-Life 2. Especially the bright blue door in plain sight the first time you see the hunter-chopper. Ugh. I ran around for at least 10 minutes getting my ass pumped full of lead until I noticed it. |

It took me 'till my 4th playthrough of Tales of Symphonia to realize everyone had a different hair colour. And those playthroughs were an average of 60 hours each. |

How about in Metroid Prime 3 not knowing that hypermode costed energy.... or your life to do. I was wondering how that boss managed to do so much damage to me..... |

The existence of Luigi. It wasn't until Luigi's Mansion that I discovered that he wasn't Mario. |

The fact I didn't know Kirby, Samus, Ness, and Captain Falcon existed until the first Super Smash Bros. came out. |
