I have two questions.
1. How do I download stages off the Internet and onto my SD card.
2. How do I transfere stages on my SD card onto my computer.
Please help!

1. How do I download stages off the Internet and onto my SD card.
Stages go into this directory on your SD card:
\private\wii\app\RSBE\st
2. How do I transfere stages on my SD card onto my computer.
Put your SD card into your card reader, navigate to \private\wii\app\RSBE\st and copy the .bin file you want.
