I know that I've been making really emo topics in OT sometimes, and I know it's starting to bother people. And I just want to make something clear to everyone; I am extremely depressed, and I can't control it. Whenever my depression takes over, I can't control what I say and think. I feel like I'm in a fog, and my head hurts...I say really negative things about myself, and I threaten to hurt myself. It only lasts for a while though, and when it's over I feel as if almost nothing happened, but I still know what was happening to me. I honestly am scared of myself, and I can only hope that I don't do anything bad to myself. Now I know a lot of you are thinking "Why the hell doesn't she just go get help and stop talking to us about it?". As much as I would love to get help, I'm too scared to get help. I don't want to tell my parents about it, I don't really feel comfortable telling them about these kinds of things...they think there's nothing wrong with me. They'll just give me advice anyone would give me and then make me go away. I don't have any friends IRL that I can tell. The only thing I can do right now is hope that I can be happy someday....
