I decided to keep track of my (mis)adventures in DOMO as a story. I hope you enjoy the first day. Keep in mind that I could not include everything, and I wrote it in such a way that its from the character's side of the screen, not mine.

Day One

Young Naryu left the Sylph Village to go to Eversun City. She had high-hopes, wanting to go out and do some good in the world.

She bumped into an old friend of her's after meeting King Collins. Bwgmon! He told her about how he had become a Shaman, though he was also studying the ways of the wizards. As he showed her around the town and the immediate surrounding areas, they talked about professions. Naryu knew full well that in order to do anything properly, she must first take on a profession.

She had heard of Dancers and Musicians, but upon some research, she discovered that the only Master, who would have shown her how to become a Dancer, had retired. This had caused the entire class to select a different profession long before she had left her home. Musicians, she learned, while they had wonderful songs, was not the choice for her.

Naryu wondered about Shamans, Wizards, Doctors and Thieves (the last due to desperation). She did not choose to become a Wizard because they used countless scrolls (though they, as well as Shamans, used wands also). She chose not Shaman, because she had not thought, at the time, that it was a good choice (time with her friend would prove contrary). Thief was ignored, as were Swordsman, Mercenary, and Hunter. She selected Doctor, though she decided to study the teachings of Martial Artists so that she could properly defend herself.

Knowing what she wanted to do, she went to the Apothecary, where the doctor asked of her to find one of his patients, Sonia, and deliver her a letter. She found the girl just outside of the Mortuary. After delivering the letter, Sonia revealed to her that she knew that to cure her own ailment, she must drink another's blood. Terrified, but assuring herself that not all of her blood would be taken, Naryu offered herself. Sonia thanked her and then left.

Shaken, Naryu rested for a bit while conversing with her friend. As they talked, she looked through her journal, in which she had written any requests that had been made of her. To her surprise, she rediscovered that the Master Exorcist, when she had visited the Eversun Shrine, had asked her to take care of some of the zombies that had risen, upon discovery of their existence.

Once she was back to full health, she and Bwgmon journeyed into the Mortuary. Along the way up the slope, they discovered dozens upon dozens of the undead monsters. The two had to tear a total of twenty tags off of the heads of Zombies and Demonic Zombies.

Suddenly, as they nearly acquired their tenth tag, a Lich materialized right next to Naryu! Bwgmon told her to run, but before she could, it killed her. The Lich then turned to him and attacked. He was slain as well. As they lay there, dead, a Sprite passing by took pity upon the fallen Sylph and, by the way of a magic spell, brought them back to life.

Alive again, Naryu and Bwgmon went back down the slope, in an attempt to avoid getting slaughtered by randomly-materializing Lichs. It worked, but the girl was chased by a couple Zombies soon after. It was strange, though... The zombies had developed a habit of attacking Naryu before she even raised her dagger. Before then, the zombies generally ignored her until she struck them.

She panicked. Naryu ran back up the slope, hoping to evade the zombies. As she reached the top of the hill, another Lich materialized right in front of her.

Bwgmon, nearby, screamed at her to run. She immediately turned around and glided away as fast as she possibly could. Her friend valiantly stood in her path, keeping the Lich, three Zombies, and a Demonic Zombie at bay as she fled from the Mortuary.

After a couple minutes, she dared to return. Naryu found her friend, lying upon the ground. He was dead. No Doctors were around, or at least none that could bring the dead back to life. She kneeled upon the ground, in mourning, until his body dissipated. Seeing it vanish, she remembered that a mystical power in the land protected the Sylph, as well as the Humans, the Shura (known by some as the 'Felin'), and the Sprites. When they died, they were revived and brought back to Eversun City.

Because they had unfinished business, Naryu awaited Bwgmon's return, occasionally fending off zombies that attacked her.

When he did return, they kept to the slope and collected the remaining number of tags. They returned to the city and Naryu took on her new profession, as well beginning her studies as a Martial Artist. After giving the Master Exorcist the tags, he told her that she was to slay a Lich.

She immediately fled the shrine with Bwgmon right behind her.

You summed up most of yesterday very nicely. M'aiq takes it that some of the stuff you missed will be included in "Day 2"? He doesn't remember if anything else important happened.

Except maybe buying that key, and playing with that rock.

The rock part might be included. That was just silliness, though.

You wanted to marry it. I worshiped it. xD

Then you called it a hardass. I asked if you meant "hard ass" or "hard-ass".

As for the Baby Bandit brat, he can just go burn for all I care.

*grumbles* Price-gouging little brat... 300 gold...
