My brother's gonna get me a DS game for my birthday (a very late present), and I said I wanted an RPG. Here are the RPGs I currently own:
Pokemon Pearl LostMagic Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time (but I lost it D: ) Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales Lunar Knights
I can't decide if I want Final Fantasy III, Etrian Odyssey, Advance Wars, Days of Ruin, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates, Rune Factory, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker, Luminous Arc, Hoshigami.
And there are these games that I might want also: Ontamarama, Chibi Robo: Park Patrol (I hate the "Only at Wal-Mart" thing though. WTF?!), Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, Drawn to Life, Custom Robo Arena, Hotel Dusk: Room 215.
A lot of choices, but these are the games I've narrowed it down to. I'd rather have an RPG though, I think. |

Revenant Wings is bad. I haven't tried out Ring Of Fates, but it's on my list. DQM is good, quite some playing time to it. As well, FFIII is pretty nice, but only if you have WiFi. |

I myself would get Advance Wars Days Of Ruin, but it's your choice. :/
I'm told that in FFCC:Ring of Fates your teammates just stand still. |

DQM or FFIII are my recommendations as a hardcore RPGer. |

Rune factory is'nt a turn based RPG, Drawn to life SUCKS, I think you should get A GBA pokemon game to go with pearl, or anything else. The others you can't decide for...... I never played those except Drawn to life and Rune factory. Just stick to good old GBA RPGS. |

I included any games with RPG elements, so even RTS games are included. |

i recommend all FF games. | Yeah, they move, but not in the way you want them to.
I'm stuck between Crystal Chronicles and Days of Ruin for RPGs, and Chibi Robo, Ontamarama, and Custom Robo Arena for non-RPGs. |

Drawn to Life was awesome, but FF games are pretty good (or so I've heard, I have yet to play one DX) |

It's for the 360 and it costs about 70 bucks, but if you ever happen upon a copy of Oblivion, buy it. I'm totally lost in it right now, and it's about 100 hours for a good playthrough according to Sharp, and if you can get the version that comes with Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine, then that's even better. |
