Her parasol is an exact replica of the one she used in Super Paper Mario.

I'm pretty sure that's the parasol item, wasn't her melee one all lacy and white? |

The Parasol Item is from the Kirby series.
Waddle Dees,Waddle Doos,and Shotzos used them all the time. |

Yeah, it is(dang invincible shotzos >_>)
Also, you can best see the resemblance by getting the paper peach trophy, then watching that cutscene where you defeat Duon. |
