Only some characters can perform this.
Its basically an attack where when someone is about to recover, you meteor smash them and they will go flying down, landing a KO.

Other characters with Meteor smashes includes Ike, Marth, Zelda, R.O.B. Kirby (if used right), Toon Link, Link, and a few others
