That's like saying the respawning enemies in Goldeneye don't die, despite rockets to the face.
The point is, they explode into nonexistance, not 'blast themselves 30 feet in the air and fall back down', you can sugarcoat it all you want. |

Think of them as Kamikaze pilots.
Sure, they can do docile, rarely lethal, explosions that perhaps knock them out, but a majority of them are trained to give their lives in the name of their King. |
