I know this is about a year old, but I just had to post it so yeah, apparently Japan thinks Americans Don't blink or move our eyes at all, watch this video to see, I'm guessing the reason they're all based on mostly Krystal is because she does the most eyes movements and such, or maybe the person just likes Krystal more.

Not necessarily. In this case, yes, but not always. In fact, I find it funny that the Japanese version is better in that aspect, since most anime don't even have lip syncing.

No, that's because the action is too extreme so they can't take money out of the budget for unimportant extras like proper mouth movement.
