If it's completely equal, then it just hits one randomly. | Damage alone isn't really a factor to determine a draw. Someone at higher damage can have more chances depending on, for the strongest example, weight.
If we take Bowser with 110% and Jigglypuff with 109%, who's on the lead? Bowser can last through much more than 110% with his weight. Jigglypuff, on the other side, is halfway KO'd already in that much of high damage. This is further empowered by the strenght of each fighters' attacks.
And, lastly, there's also Lucario, whose Aura can make him able to have more chances of getting the lead in case of high damage.
IMO, there should be a totally complicated formulae around to determine who's really winning. |
