I got Mii outfit B. (actually, it didn't give him to me, but I did earn it.) and dry bowser with the WII WHEEL. The getting dry bowser wasn't even hard, and the only reason it took so long was because of *crag* blue shells, which you can't even control. It took two tries for mushroom, but I got a three star on the second try, and it's only because of pow blocks, and blue shells that I didn't get it the first time. Flower cup took one try, star cup took way too long, and special cup took two tries, because a pow block shot me off rainbow road.
So, just saying, the wiil is not phale. Wiil users unite! |

I prefer the Wiimote + Nunchuk set.
The Wiil makes some stuff way too hard for me >.>

...sorry, had to say it. But, hey, it's all a view on style. If you want to be competitive, go and use the GCN controller. Wanna have fun, use the Wii Wheel. I'm not one to judge. ^^ |

Mister I, you were the last person I'd expect to use the wiil, knowing that you do all that amazing stuff, like one star on all the cups, etc. |

...wha? Sure, it took a bit more effort, but I prefer the Wiil. It's comfortable, makes sense, and...I dunno, it just feels RIGHT to use it. Mario Kart, like Brawl, had several different control options avaliable so that every gamer and casual could pick up and play with whatever they prefered. I just picked up something that clicked and had fun using it, nothing more. ^^ |

I agree that Ninty screwed up the GC controls, but I think that the Wiil is even harder to use D:
Wiimote + Nunchuk just feels more... natural to me =\ |

GC Control + Bike = Not very effective considering the fact that you need to let go the Control Stick in order to do a Wheelie.
The Wii Wheel is somewhat good, but I always have trouble doing wheelies with it. Oh, and on Manual, I have trouble using items because they are set to the D-Pad.
Wii Remote + Nunchuck is the most convenient method to me. It is the nearest to SMK MKSC and MK64 you can get. |

Yeah I totally hate that. I mean I would play with the GC but it's too screwed up. D: So I play with the Wii Wheel!  |

I think that using the Wiil is the right way to play MK Wii. I feel so comfortable using it. I dunno why anyone would use anything else, they changed the GC control scheme so much I wouldn't know what to do. Also, you're so lucky Glitz Yoshi! I really really really want Dry Bowser! He looks EPIC! |

Never used anything but the Wii Wheel, and the lowest place I've ever gotten online on regional is 4th place, cause of a blue shell, followed by 3 carefully timed red shells making me literally STOP at the finish line.
