I've considered getting one recently, so I can finally post artwork on the forums.
To those who own a tablet, how much is a reasonable price? Is there a specific type I should get? |

I really want one too. I heard that the smallest size is around 100 bucks though. I might end up getting that one, anyway. |

I use my mouse to do all my work, and most of the time no one can tell I didn't use a tablet.
That's my substitute for not owning one: get good with the mouse. XD |

I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet. It works well, and it's been able to withstand being attacked by my dog.
As for prices, tablets are generally expensive. Your best bet is to stick with the Wacom brand. |

I agree. Wacom is the best. Id say get their graphite bluetooth tablet. Its inexpensive and wireless (except for the power cable which can be removed once the tablet is charged if you desire).
If you have a widescreen display, you may need to invest in a wide tablet, but im not sure. If so, the Intuos (http://www.wacom.com/intuos/6x11.cfm) is a great tablet, but may be a bit out of your price range. |
