I enjoy playing this. It's also fun to play it online over the lobby server. It will work on virtually any computer due to running with Java.

I enjoy playing as the Germans the most. In my opinion, once you get the hang of things, this game is worth playing. I strongly prefer the vast scale of the "Big World 1942" map, as the others are a bit too small for my tastes.
