I get the ok to keep my laptop over the summer, only for it to get the very same spyware that's ruined the original for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW NOW! And it's happened just this morning and I'm stuck with it, AND there's no removing it, AND I don't even do anything to make it happen! IT JUST APPEARED OVERNIGHT! |

Whoa. That's really gotta suck. Don't you have something to prevent it though? |

What is the name of the spyware? How did they get rid of it before? What programs are you running? |

In this order.
Virtumonde, they didn't: they replaced the motherboard instead, firefox, msn, skype, windows media player 11, hamachi, and the Klite codec pack. |

I doubt Spyware can effect the motherboard. If you have your Windows install CD, you can reformat your hard drive and re-install Windows. That will get rid of it for sure.
Make sure you arn't installing any questionable free-software or web browser plugins. |

Booting from the CD of your OS should solve the problem. Reinstall your Operating System. It's that easy.
Just buy the CD, insert it and restart your computer. |

Maybe the network has a zombie PC in it shelling out systemf*ckers (actual name of some very malicious programs) free of charge ? |

Possibly. But according to my rather spicy diagnosis, the PC has diarrhea. |

Screw you I'm not buying the CD, Spybot can't get rid of it, and Avast won't download for me. |

If you still have trouble with Virtumonde, then I've known a way on how to get rid of it. Though, for different computers, it may provide different results.
VundoFix will scan your computer for certain types of viruses/spyware like Virtumonde and many others.
Here's how to use the program. First double-click VundoFix.exe to run it. Then, click the Scan for Vundo button. Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files. Go ahead and click yes. Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo. This generally happens, so don't think that your computer crashed or anything. It it finishes deleted the files, it will ask you to reboot your computer. You should go ahead and reboot it. |
