Probably Dark Samus/Unit 313 from Prime 3: Corruption. The first time I fought them on easy, I just BARELY made it out alive (the bar was almost all the way to the right).

There's others, I'm sure, but that's all I can think of at this point.

Mallyx the Unyielding from Guild Wars: Nightfall. He is the boss of the hardest-to-beat Elite Mission in the entire game, with for of the hardest bosses in the game as his underlings. At one point, there was literally no possible way to defeat him. Even now, he can easily crush you like a soup can if you slip up once.

Papatch's ghost, Flavio: The game. He can blow up for 10 freaking damage, and not take any damage at all. PLUS, he demagnyfies the effect of flurries mellon power, so you can't even summon the flavio rangers to freaking help you.

Medusa, Kid Icarus: I had to cheat to possibly beat the bitch.

Ness's nightmare, urfbund: I don't know about you, but this was a pretty tough boss. Ness's nightmare used PSI Rockin' freaking omega! 800 mortal damage to Ness! *heal*Ness's nightmare use PSI Rockin freaking' Omega again! 800 mortal damage to ness! Ness heals! Ness's nightmare used PSI rockin' Omega! No shit done to Ness! Ness uses PSI Rockin freaking Omega! Ness must have forgoten about Ness's nightmare's PSI shield! The attack is reflected at Ness! 400 mortal damage to Ness!

Well, I havn't played alot of hard bosses. So... I dunno. Mabey the whole shadow queen thing and bowser and grodius because they are all one after another.

I didn't even know she had warnings to her attacks, since I never looked into her eyes.

Smithy:It took me three tries after restarting the fight since no one was winning.

Bowser Battle 2 in SM64:He was frickin annoying to catch.

Culex: The reason I won was because Peach had Lazy Shell armor and all of his Crystals ran out of FP.

Gruntilda: Her homing spell really wreaks, her battle really chaffs my cheeks. Really, it took over 30 tries over a course of 6 years for me to finally beat Grunty. Plus, some of her attacks are just plain unfair, mostly anything she launches in the Jinjonator segment.

King Zing: His weak point is very small, it's very easy to get hit by him, and with only two hit points, Squawks doesn't have much of a chance. Plus, his movement pattern gets REALLY hard to dodge eventually.
