The only things here that'll be flamed are Meowmod, because I'm drawing it like a hideous beast in every comic it shows up in, and the thousands of loopholes that can be found in the rules. It's moreso.... an advice collumn for Francis, with examples of what people will do wrong.

As you can see, a ten coin fine is poor.
IRL, a fine will take atleast a day's work to pay off.
