I just finished reading the whole thing. I gotta say,I sure hope the Zelda games don't become more casual. Also, the idea with the Wii Balance Board was pretty cool. |

I'm afraid they might be right. Nintendo's realized they can put less effort into their games and make more money by targeting the casuals. I just hope they don't butcher every popular franchise they have and put all their effort into casual-milking. It'll be tough for them to turn Advance Wars and Fire Emblem into casual games because every game in both series so far has been a turn-based strategy. I don't care how casual-oriented it is, if you sit an 85-year-old woman in front of a TBS, she'll have no idea what the *crag* is going on. They could always completely turn the series around, but their entire fanbases are hardcore (Well, not sure about AW, but I have a hard time seeing a casual getting into a strategy-RPG), so they might as well scrap them both completely if they're not going to target hardcore audiences at all. What's stopping them from doing just that, though? |

Nintendo's cheapness has started me saving for a 360. |
