1st November, 2013 – Rovio Entertainment Ltd. and Lucasfilm Ltd., in association with Activision Publishing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATVI), today launched Angry Birds™ Star Wars® for home and hand-held video game systems. Based on Rovio’s wildly popular, action-strategy mobile game, Angry Birds Star Wars brings the interstellar struggle between the ragtag Rebel Birds and dastardly Imperial Pigs to new audiences on the Xbox 360® games and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system, Nintendo's Wii™ and Wii U™ systems and the Nintendo 3DS™ handheld system. Angry Birds Star Wars is also planned to launch on Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and Sony’s PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system on 22nd November.

Slightly Mad Studios are very excited to announce the newest addition to Project CARS as McLaren Automotive joins the expanding list of manufacturers represented in the studio’s upcoming WMD-powered racing title.
Thanks to the efforts of SMS partner Andy Marshall of Racetek Simulators, players will be able to experience five of McLaren’s most successful & sought after sports cars in Project CARS.
Part of the McLaren Group, McLaren Automotive creates high-performance vehicles equipped with technology derived from McLaren’s successful Formula One team. McLaren sports cars have enjoyed tremendous success on and off the race track, clinching various awards, championships and accolades ever since the company’s foundation in 1989.
Project CARS will allow everyone to experience the long way McLaren has come, starting with the 1994 McLaren F1. The company’s first road car made the Guiness Book of World Records as “World’s Fastest Production Road Car”, hitting 391 kph of top-end speed thanks to its mighty BMW V12 engine.
The F1’s speed translated to on-track success quickly as McLaren won the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans and made a big impact on GT racing with the F1 GTR race car that was campaigned around the world by various customer teams.

It has come to our attention that there are issues that are negatively impacting the experience for some players. The team has been working around the clock to review, validate and pinpoint the problems that have been reported and we have identified three main issues which we are tackling first, and are listed below. New Price for Nintendo Land: Nintendo has dropped the suggested retail price of the Nintendo Land game for the Wii U console. Nintendo Land is now available in stores and in the Nintendo eShop at a suggested retail price of $29.99, down from the original suggested retail price of $59.99.
New Colorful Controllers: New Mario-themed and Luigi-themed Wii Remote Plus controllers launching today make great, colorful accessories for Wii and Wii U. The controllers are now available at a suggested retail price of $39.99 each.

According to the company, sales and income for the six month period broke its record for the first half of a fiscal year since the company's first consolidated mid-term financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2001.
