The coloring and shading make it look so clean...
The only problem I can see is that the mouth looks like it's too far down.

Yeah, I couldn't decide where to put the mouth. :c I didn't want it too close to the nose, but I didn't want it too far down either... |

I love the colouring, and shading. It's so bright and warm. :D
The only thing that really stands out for me is her left arm. ( from our view it's her left at least. ) It seems kind of dislocated, or like it's just connected to the shirt and not her body. D: The only thing I can suggest in the future, is drawing an arm pit or put the arm in closer. |

In addition to what's been said the pose seems a bit off. Like the legs are in one direction and the body is in another. I think it's just me though... ^^' |
