Actually, I found a Gleam Fin helmet off the coast of Anvil. It was sitting on the bottom of the ocean next to a skull, and some bones making a skelliton. It's an enchanted glass helmet with the abilities water breathing, and night eye. Not sure if there's a third ability. Yay for random searching for clams?

I was in that one thieve's Guild quest, in that wizard-guys tower. I went into the water, WAAAAAAAY deep down, and found the Giant Slaughterfish. The amount of loot and armor was frightening.
