Seriously. Not even on Difficult. I can even make it through his stage without dying.
I think we should make it a goal to beat Airman on Difficult without getting Metal Blades or an E Tank. THE ONLY THING YOU WOULD HAVE IS A MEGABUSTER.

EDIT2: Got rid of EDIT and decided to replace it with this.

METAL BLADES DON'T EVEN WORK ON HIM

THEY JUST BOUNCE RIGHT OFF

THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS IS MEGABUSTER AND LEAF SHIELD

Yeah, and Leaf Shield sucks. Metal Blades are just for getting to him. It's only his stage that's hard, and even that's easy for me.
