For me, I'd love to say Symphonia, and it probably is Symphonia. The Abyss comes very close though. The Edge of a Decision is the best standard battle theme I've ever heard in any Tales game, except perhaps the Gil battle theme that's played if you play in the Gil costume in Narikiri dungeon 3.

Symphonia and Vesperia are the only ones I've played, but I'd have to say Symphonia wins in the long run. Maybe it's just the nostalgia factor.
