Finally I got off of my butt to post these, right?
These are the rules for sprite-offs. I'll keep it short and simple.
When Hostin' one:
1. You must state what is and isn't allowed. (like recolors and such)
2. You must give a decent amount of time for the contest. (so don't say something like 1 hour unless its a one-on-one)
3. At the end of the period set for the contest,
then make a topic on it showing all the particapents and their sprite.
4. If you challange someone to a one-on-one, then they must agree to. Otherwise the contest never exsisted.
5. Question marks
6. Expected PROFIT.
When Particapating in one:
1. You must follow the creators rules.
2. You HAVE to submit your own work.
3. You may drop out if you don't want to continue or unable to continue.
4. Don't be a sore loser or a show-boater.
5. When the contest period is over, you cannot submit any sprites. Only a few exceptions.
6. If there is some sort of problem in the contest, then please contact the creator of said topic.
