Just got this game last night, unexpectedly from my grandma. I'm on the Black Dessert Desert right now, with ~650 lives left. I've already got a file up on Alternate Mode, but I won't actually do anything on it until after I beat normal mode.
This game is frustrating and makes me want to stab puppies, which just makes me love it more. Plus, it's about Prinnies, which makes it's difficulty automatically bearable.
Anyone else (BESIDES BOBZ I KNOW HE HAS IT) play this totally awesome game? |

Pffft.
A) Black Dessert Desert is semi-hard. Sweet Palace has one of the best songs in the entire soundtrack, making it an enjoyable level. Sweet Garden is hard as hell, and the final boss is even worse.
B) Although I, too, have a file on alternate mode, I'm gonna get all the torn letters to play it.
C) I think only me, you, and Popple have it.

shut up i'm not amaaaaaazing ;~;
Chefbot was ridiculously easy after I found out about the whole "ground-pound/hip drop/whatever the keyhole before he recovers" thing. I was also able to avoid him when he tried to run over me by sliding ('cause it makes you invincible and stuff), which is what killed me the first several times.
TAKE THAT YOU STUPID CHEF ROBOT THING
I'm on Darth Moab right now. With the technique I'm using, he isn't that hard. That is, if I don't rush. I have a nasty habit of rushing things and getting myself killed so yeah I'll have to try and avoid rushing. ): |

I only figured out the hip pound thing after I was down to 450 lives and was all like "i'mma go look up dis shit on youtube" and then I found the video and I used it on Chefbot and I was like "*crag* that was easy".
And Darth Moab is quite easy as well. The only times I die are when I *crag* up with that scythe of his. ):
And now I'm playing Prinny too. I got the 9th torn letter (which was a *crag* bitch. ): ) and now I'm going through Sir Sweet's Castle. Which is actually quite easy, aside from a few possible harder bosses depending on what order you played the first stages in.
I know an easy way to get Prinny Raid/Prinny Bomb or whatever in Sweet Garden. It makes the final boss's difficulty go from near-impossible to pfffthahaha. 3:|════׀ |

The majority of my Prinnies went down all in the same place. I don't remember which area it was in, but there was this one part in it with a bunch of magic carpets and those annoying ghost guys that have little annoying ghosts following them and fireballs and those little wispy spirit dudes and I honestly lost a little over 100 Prinnies there. I hate that you have no control when you're jumping. I've fallen off of a lot of cliffs that way. D:

You have to face the bosses over again in Sir Sweet's Castle? Urrrrrrgh, I'll have to fight Kim & Chi. I hate them because they keep ganging up on me and I'm all like "*crag* just let me kill one of you *crag*". That one dragon guy (the one you fight instead of Hoshikage) was really hard because I kept running out of time, and then it suddenly dawned on me that you had to destroy those little orb thingies before he would attack. But out of all the bosses, I despise that one Moab guy in the laser-shooting machine. It took me forever to beat that guy. D: |

I have all 36 ingredients, all 120 lucky dolls, every song obtainable in normal mode, and every villager thingy. [/brag]
Also, The castle bosses go like this:
Stage part lol, Gormet Ogre (no other possible bosses)
Stage part lol, Kim & Chi (harder boss); Anise (easier boss)
Stage part lol, Morgan (harder boss); Basil & Chervil (easier boss)
Stage part lol, Cyberclops (harder boss); Cardemon (easier boss)
Stage part lol, Hoshikage (no other possible bosses)
Last stage part, Moab in laser thing (no other possible bosses)
Luckily, Gormet Ogre and Hoshikage are both easy. The Moab can be quite a pain in the ass though. ): 3:|════׀ |

WHILE WE'RE ON THE SUBJECT OF PRINNY...
I'm really starting to think that NIS is full of musical gods and hellspawn map designers. I mean, the soundtrack for Prinny is awesome, yet there are a few levels that really piss me off. These being the most midnight levels, Martial Tower, and the place above the village for the 10th torn letter. For the last two I mentioned, the first jumps for both are pure hell. ): 3:|════׀ |
