Observe this screenshot of my RPG Maker VX game.
(Those characters aren't real; I haven't come up with a plot or setting or anything of the sort yet. Also, I made the graphics on the bottom half of the screen in MS Paint.)
I'm making a custom battle system, and it's coming along nicely. Now, if I go into the database and change Actor 1's HP value for Level 1 to 1234, this is what happens:
I had to use a script to raise the picture limit since 20 isn't enough, but besides that, this was done with events. I still have to set up the max HP, which I may or may not do, and the SP.
If this is all illegible jargon to you, then tl;dr: I'm making an RPG and it's gonna be totally awesome. ФֻФ |
