What's Going On- It turns out the Chris Chan we all know was a fake all along, and the real Chris Chan has emerged, calling him out.
What's REALLY Going On- Some mang is pretending to be an even better version of Chris Chan so the real one can RAAAAAAAAAGE and everyone decided to go along with it and act like he's the real Chris Chan so Chris Chan (Or Ian Brandon Anderson, as everyone calls him now) can rage even more.
Anywho yeah, this is yet another example of how better he is than the real deal- video editing.
